The Secret Art of Wine Blending

Guided by an expert wine ambassador in the iconic Len Evans Museum, learn how to taste wine like a winemaker, exploring the difference between wine varietals and their unique palate.

The experience centres around the Great Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

Use your newfound knowledge and combine different varietals to create your signature red wine blend to bottle and take home.

Tahbilk Wetlands Eco-Cruise

Hop aboard the Tahbilk Wetlands Eco-Cruise for a guided tour through the estate’s breathtaking wetlands and lagoon. Led by a knowledgeable boat captain, you’ll uncover the rich history of the wetlands, learn about the unique ecosystem, and explore the ongoing conservation efforts to preserve this natural wonder.

Wawa Biik Taungurung Cultural Experiences

This 3-hour cultural experience departs and ends at Tahbilk Estate Wetlands Ecological Reserve. It includes quality time with two Taungurung guides, a traditional Welcome Smoking Ceremony, homemade morning tea using delicious bush ingredients from Tahbilk Estate Restaurant, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with the guides.

Established in 1860 and purchased by the Purbrick family in 1925, Tahbilk captures the hearts and minds of visitors.
