Harvest Celebration Picnic

We welcome you to join us and our senior winemaker Alan George to celebrate the end of the 2024 Vintage at our Harvest Celebration Picnic!

The Harvest Picnic paired with current vintage Tahbilk wines will be hosted in Tahbilk's historic orchard featuring a grazing menu curated by Head Chef, Jonathon Mackeson.

With over 50 years of extensive wine making experience, you will get to hear Alan George's perspective of the 2024 harvest with a sneak preview at some of the 2024 Vintages. 

Cost: $120 per person for Wine Club Members; $130 per person for Non-Wine Club Members.

The Secret Art of Wine Blending

Guided by an expert wine ambassador in the iconic Len Evans Museum, learn how to taste wine like a winemaker, exploring the difference between wine varietals and their unique palate.

The experience centres around the Great Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

 

Use your newfound knowledge and combine different varietals to create your signature red wine blend to bottle and take home.

Wine Blending Experience And Chef's Table Long Lunch

Experience the best of Tahbilk with a group wine blending workshop followed by lunch with all the participants at the Chef's Long Table at Tahbilk Estate Restaurant. Spaces are limited to 8 participants.

Wawa Biik Taungurung Cultural Experiences

This 4-hour cultural experience departs and ends at Tahbilk Estate Wetlands Ecological Reserve. It includes quality time with two Taungurung guides, a traditional Welcome Smoking Ceremony, homemade morning tea using delicious bush ingredients from Tahbilk Estate Restaurant, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with the guides.

Tahbilk Ghost Tour & Paranormal Investigation

Sat 8th June | Fri 19th July 

 

In collaboration with paranormal export, Dolly Adamson from Kyneton Paranormal, we will host you for a glass of wine and grazing platter in our cellar door before embarking on a 2-hour paranormal investigation across the Tahbilk Estate.

 

Spots are extremely limited, with only 15 places available in each session.
