This immersive vineyard experience offers a rare opportunity to walk through the heart of Tahbilk during harvest and explore the stories, decisions and seasons that shape its wines. Guided by Winemaker Jo Nash, guests journey through some of Australia’s most historically significant vineyards, from the 1860 Vines Shiraz and the celebrated 1927 Vines Marsanne to Cabernet Sauvignon plantings from the 1940s.
