Cheese, Wine & Waterways friday 23rd january
Cheese, Wine & Waterways is a relaxed Friday afternoon experience that pairs Tahbilk wines with gentle time on the water. Guests are welcomed with sparkling wine before boarding a guided wetlands cruise, where a curated flight of three to four Tahbilk wines is served alongside small cheese pairings. As the boat drifts through the wetlands, guests enjoy views across the waterways while learning a little about the wines and the estate, with time to settle in, sip and unwind. The experience concludes back at the dock with a small farewell gesture, encouraging guests to continue their visit at the Cellar Door or online.
Wetlands Wild Explorers
Wetlands Wild Explorers friday 16 january | 10:30am
Join us for a 45-minute family-friendly guided wetlands cruise at the Tahbilk Wetlands and Ecological Reserve. Kids become Junior Explorers, completing activities in their Explorer Passport while spotting birds, turtles, and other wildlife with binoculars provided. The cruise finishes with a Junior Wetlands Ranger certificate, badge sticker, and a Polaroid keepsake photo.

Join local artist Jenny Kelly (@bowerbirdscollection) for a relaxing Paint & Sip Class at Tahbilk Estate.
