The Tahbilk Estate Restaurant sits along the backwaters of the Tahbilk billabong, with beautiful views across the water and into the wetlands beyond. Relaxing on the deck, you’ll find yourself immersed in dappled sunlight, listening to the songs of birds and frogs. It truly is a peaceful place to escape.
The menu is crafted to pair with Tahbilk wines, creating a matched food and wine experience. We have sourced quality ingredients from the very best farmers and producers so our guests can enjoy a seasonal menu that speaks of our region.
At the Tahbilk Estate Restaurant, we have reserved a selection of the finest wines from the Purbrick family’s private cellar, along with some of the best vintages of our iconic 1860 Vines Shiraz and 1927 Vines Marsanne exclusively for our guests.

Showcasing some of the best local produce our region has to offer. Our small plate menu is paired with Tahbilk’s Estate wines reflecting Tahbilk’s heritage and vineyard provenance.
We recommend three to four small plates per person.
