A bouquet of marinated Christmas cake fruits, dates and figs on a palate that is rich and long, long, long.
Nutty rancio characters dominate backed up by the figs and dates, then at the end a hint of green tea cleans the palate to that long, dry finish.

The most outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon casks from 2017 have delivered a warm, dark fruits release, interwoven with eucalypt and dried herbs, sweet spice notes, a dash of black olive and cedary French oak.
Expected tannins sit supportively on a finish that is like the horizon never met … going on forever.

Selected from the most outstanding casks produced on the Estate from a particular vintage, this 2017 Shiraz is a symphony of deliciously ripe dark plum and red berry fruits is joined by a background chorus of black pepper, exotic spices and liquorice notes.
Well integrated French oak and earthy tannins give supporting structure to a wine of style and distinction.

Spice, herbal and subtle violet florals sit alongside concentrated dark berry and plum fruits on a plush nose and palate, with well-integrated oak bringing cedar and savoury edges.

Displaying all the elements of the remarkable pedigree of our ‘1927 Vines’ Marsanne releases, this 2016 vintage brings penetrating straw, ginger spice and citrus fruit aromas to a still evolving palate of nashi pear, grapefruit and honeysuckle notes.

We are introducing a rare opportunity to capture of a piece of Tahbilk's history with a limited release Chateau Tahbilk Collector's Edition 2018 Marsanne.
This unique special edition run offers connoisseurs and collectors alike a chance to savour not just a wine, but a piece of the rich and colourful heritage that was Chateau Tahbilk.
Due to its limited nature we need to restrict orders to a maximum of 24 bottles.

A delicious bottle-aged Tahbilk Cabernet Sauvignon with time definitely still on its side.
The nose is intense and concentrated cassis, blackcurrant and green herbal characters. The cassis and blackcurrant features on the palate where the green herbal character of tomato leaf and mint are dominate.

A delicious bottle-aged Tahbilk Shiraz ... opulent and full of plum and raspberry fruits .
Time in the bottle has also bought characters reminiscent of old world leather, cocoa nib, salami, clove and nutmeg to the fore.
A bright acidity and supportive tannins on the finish suggesting this this wine has still got a lot more to give ...

Exhibiting all of the character Marsanne aficionados would expect from a Tahbilk release with some bottle age ...
Lemon gold in colour. The nose is lofted and fresh as a daisy still fantastic mouth-watering classic Marsanne acidity shining through.
Lemon and lime then lead into a nutty and marzipan characters hinting at the further aging potential of this wine.

Widely regarded as one of the world's great fortified wines, this Tahbilk offering brings seductive aromas of orange peel, spice and raisins with background floral hints, to a rich and luscious palate of concentrated coffee, fruitcake, butterscotch and chocolate flavours.

The nose exhibits distinguished aromas of walnut and prune with a complex mix of dried fruits. The palate is deeply flavoured and concentrated with characteristic caramel, toffee, walnut and fruitcake flavours

Notwithstanding the most challenging of years, including a 1 in 100-year flood event, releases from 2023 shine with wonderful depth of flavour and character.
Fully realised here with this immediately appealing savoury, fleshy and multi-layered blend, offering dark berry and plum fruits, some spicy, gamey notes and finely textured tannins.

Bright and captivating floral and spice aromas signal the way to a palate of lifted lemon citrus fruits and honeysuckle notes with background toasty elements from its time on yeast lees.

The low-yielding 2022 vintage has delivered a delicious medium-bodied wine with loads of appeal.
Floral, spice and tobacco notes tempt to a palate of mulberry and raspberry fruits framed with a fresh grape astringency.

This Estate Shiraz sets a high bar for richness and complexity.
Bright and expressive spice and savoury notes swirl deliciously through a deeply flavoured dark plum and berry fruits palate supported by supple, chewy tannins.

The stellar rated 2021 vintage has delivered a Cabernet Sauvignon where it is the richness of fruit that resonates.
Deep cassis, mint and dark plum aromas and flavours are nuanced with bay leaf, black olive and clove notes.

Five Estate varietals are blended here to represent each of the five generations of Purbrick family involvement on the Estate .... a bright, expressive and totally delicious ‘Five Generations’ Red.

Offering a diverse array of subtle peach, melon, red berry and savoury notes; wrapped in a cloak of crisp minerality and yeasty/biscuity characters from its secondary fermentation.

Lifted and expressive with a texture and palate weight reflective of the French Pinot Gris style, fresh floral and spice notes usher in this Estate 2024 vintage release that then guide you to a bright, fruit-driven palate where citrus and pear fruits are joined by apple and honeysuckle notes.

Representing the five generations of Purbrick family involvement on the Estate the winemaking team have drawn on the individual character of each of the five varietals that are blended here to deliver a white that resonates with lifted citrus, tropical and stone fruit characters.

A vivacious early drinking wine of considerable character, this is a true to form Estate Viognier ... classic ginger spice and rose petal aromas surround a palate of stone fruits and honeysuckle notes.

This Chardonnay instantly impresses with vivacious honeydew melon and tropical fruits and, as the only Tahbilk white to spend time in oak, nutty and spice notes add a further flavour dimension.
