Celebrate the festive season at Tahbilk Estate Restaurant with a Christmas lunch designed for sharing, connection, and indulgence. Enjoy a three-course meal served as an alternate drop, tailored to your group’s preferences, and sip a glass of sparkling wine as you soak in the atmosphere of vineyards and wetlands.

Tahbilk Cellar Door’s newly expanded retail space is now open — revealing the full length of the original winery building and restoring it to its former character. Beneath it, the underground cellar continues to operate much as it has since the 1800s. This restoration not only honours Tahbilk’s past but also looks to the future, offering visitors more places to explore, linger, and connect.

Halfway through the eight-week Weighted Walking Program at Tahbilk Estate, participants are enjoying more than just exercise – it’s about meeting new people, exploring the scenic Wetlands Eco-Trail, and sharing a coffee afterwards.

Explore Tahbilk Estate beyond the vines, where share farmer Richard Stecher manages broadacre crops, rotates Angus cattle known as the “Frequent Flyers,” and works closely with the vineyard. From golden canola fields to fava beans and curated meat boxes from Arcadia Farms, visitors can see how farming, wildlife, and estate life come together across the property.

The 2025 Coueslant Sparkling Rosé is Tahbilk’s first-ever sparkling made from Estate-grown Mourvèdre – crisp, dry and bursting with bright berry notes. Crafted to celebrate life’s special moments, it’s the perfect drop for spring picnics, garden gatherings, or raising a glass at milestone occasions. Refreshing, elegant and full of character, it marks an exciting new chapter in Tahbilk’s sparkling story.

Tahbilk recently celebrated two of its long-standing team members: Alan George (“Georgy”), the Estate’s dedicated Winemaker, and Mary Nolan, Bottling and Despatch Manager. Georgie’s expertise and mentorship have guided countless vintages, while Mary’s precision and care ensure every bottle leaving the Estate reflects Tahbilk’s high standards. Their dedication, skill, and warmth embody the spirit of Tahbilk, making them pillars of the winery’s ongoing story.
