Wellness In the Vines
Step away from the noise and return to yourself with Wellness in the Vines, a deeply nourishing half-day retreat set amongst Tahbilk Estate’s vineyard, lagoon, orchard and wetlands. This immersive experience is designed to slow down, soften, and reconnect your body, mind, and soul, guided by the rhythms of the land and water.
Taking place on Sunday 15 March, from 10.00am to 2.00pm, the retreat is intentionally intimate, limited to 20 guests. Participants move through a series of restorative experiences, beginning with a welcome and grounding ritual in the orchard, followed by a nature-led meditation aboard an eco-boat float. The day also includes reflective journaling, yin yoga, sound healing, and closes with a nourishing afternoon tea on the Restaurant Deck overlooking the lagoon.
The retreat is led by Chez Stanley, an emotional and energetic alchemist and intuitive guide known for creating deeply nurturing spaces that support clarity, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal transformation. Chez blends evidence-informed meditation, nervous system support, intuitive energy alignment, and grounded personal development to help participants reconnect with themselves, realign, and move forward with self-reverence and purpose. Her approach is both heart-led and down-to-earth, offering a space for presence, self-discovery, and profound calm.
Guests will experience:
Arrival and welcome ritual in the orchard
Nature-led meditation on the Eco-Boat Float
Journaling with personal activation prompts and The Reverence Poem
Yin yoga at Longbridge Lagoon
Sound healing immersion on the lagoon
Integration and embodiment, followed by nourishing afternoon tea
All equipment, including yoga mats, cushions, props, journals, and pens, will be provided. Water and tea/coffee stations will be available throughout the day. Dietary requirements can be accommodated when booking, and the retreat is weather-dependent.
Wellness in the Vines offers a chance to pause, reconnect, and return to yourself — guided by nature, sound, and the expert care of Chez Stanley.
