Wellness In the Vines
If you’ve been moving at pace and would like to feel more energised, steady, and resilient, Wellness in the Vines offers a guided group experience to intentionally slow down — so you can move forward with greater clarity and ease.
This half-day retreat is built around the principle that true relaxation restores your capacity to thrive. Gentle, nourishing practices help the nervous system settle, allowing both body and mind to recover, integrate, and strengthen resilience. By creating space for rest and regulation, energy is replenished, focus sharpens, and you emerge feeling grounded, revitalised, and ready to meet whatever comes next — together with a supportive group of like-minded participants.
Guided by highly regarded wellbeing facilitator and mentor Chez Stanley, the retreat introduces practical tools you can carry into everyday life. Chez’s approach is grounded, human, and deeply supportive, offering practices that foster emotional balance, sustainable energy, and inner steadiness long after the day concludes.
Throughout the retreat, the group will move through restorative meditation, reflective journaling, slow yin yoga, and a sound healing immersion — all designed to quiet mental noise, release held tension, and support nervous system recovery. These practices are effortless by design, creating space for renewal and leaving you feeling resourced and resilient.
Set within the calming surrounds of Tahbilk, the experience moves through the Orchard Garden and Wetlands Lagoon, letting nature amplify the restorative benefits of slowing down. The day concludes with nourishing afternoon tea overlooking the water, providing time to integrate, connect, and reflect.
