We are celebrating a remarkable achievement at Tahbilk Estate, with the 2025 Tahbilk Fiano earning three major trophies in its very first year on the Australian wine show circuit — a roaring success for the viticulture and winemaking teams and a standout start for this newest estate wine. The 2025 Fiano has also been selected as January’s Focus Wine of the Month, offering guests the perfect opportunity to taste this award-winning wine.
Triple Trophy Recognition
The 2025 Fiano has achieved exceptional recognition across Australia’s most respected wine shows:
- Best Single Varietal White Wine – Melbourne Royal Wine Awards 2025
Judged among all single-variety white wines, this award recognises the Fiano’s balance, poise and varietal integrity. - Best Varietal or Blended Dry White Table Wine – Royal Hobart Wine Show 2025
Renowned for its focus on dry white wines, the Royal Hobart Wine Show awarded the 2025 Fiano for its freshness, structure and composure, excelling across all dry white styles. - Best Italian Variety or Blend – Victorian Wine Show 2025
A home-state triumph, recognising the Fiano as the finest Italian variety or blend entered. The Victorian Wine Show also awarded Tahbilk four Trophies, including Most Successful Exhibitor of the Show, highlighting the estate’s outstanding performance.

Supporting Success Across the Estate
Across 2025, Tahbilk and Dalfarras releases collected nineteen Gold Medals, twenty-seven Silver Medals, and thirty-two Bronze Medals. It is worth noting that over 70% of wines entered in shows receive no medals at all, so while all that glitters is Trophies and Gold, even Silver and Bronze carry real prestige and recognition.
A New Estate Wine
The 2025 Fiano is one of the newest varietals in the Tahbilk Estate collection, perfectly suited to the Nagambie Lakes region and Tahbilk’s long-standing focus on balanced, food-friendly wines.
