Making a welcome return to the Tahbilk Cellar Door range our just on 3 acres of Estate Tempranillo have delivered a medium-bodied release of immediate appeal. Aromas of tomato leaf, fennel and subtle earthy spices give a welcoming introduction to a similarly flavoured palate where they are joined by youthful and bright ripe cherry and savoury red berry fruits. You would be hard-pressed to find a more likeable and easier to enjoy red.
Tahbilk 2024 Cabernet Franc

First planted on the Estate in 1985, single varietal Cabernet Franc has been a feature of our Cellar Door exclusive range since the 1997 vintage. With maturity comes great character and this latest release overflows with that. Richly flavoured, with deep spice, violets and tobacco aromas, the palate engages with mulberry and bright berry fruits finishing a fresh grape acidity and polished tannins.
