From Estate Shiraz vines that date back to Tahbilk’s founding in 1860, to our more plantings of Grenache and Mourvedre we have an enduring history with these varietals. Whilst presenting its own challenges with a mad rush of ripening, vintage 2024 delivered very good to outstanding wines, deliciously reflected here with this juicy, multilayered triple blend, Savoury and earthy aromatics grace a flavoursome palate of dark plum and berry fruits with liquorice and spice notes.
