Spring is the season of fresh starts, longer days, and reasons to celebrate. At Tahbilk, we’re marking the change of season with something special—an exclusive Cellar Door Sparkling Tasting, running daily from 20th to 30th September.

Over 45 minutes, you’ll be guided by a Tahbilk host through the artistry of sparkling winemaking. Together, you’ll uncover why certain varietals shine in sparkling production, and explore the different methods that give each wine its character. It’s a chance to slow down, sip, and savour the detail behind the bubbles.

And what a line-up it is. Be among the first to taste the 2025 Tahbilk Sparkling Rosé—our exciting inaugural release—alongside:

Set against the backdrop of spring at Tahbilk Estate, with the vines waking up and the grounds alive with new growth, it’s an experience made for the season.
