Dried spices and a lifted bright plum and red berry fruits intensity sets this 'Old Buffers' Shiraz for immediate and delciuos enjoyment ... heat up the BBQ hotplate!

Tahbilk 2022 Shiraz
14.5% Alcohol | Enjoy Now to 2035/2039 Plus
A few swirls of the glass has ripe plum, blackberry and violet aromas coming through, with white pepper and boysenberry rounding out the nose.
The palate has a surprising initial softness … the tannin glides across the back. There is a tart cranberry acidity that knocks the balance off making it a little bit more crunchy drinking young but will do okay with a bit of age under its belt. Very much a cool climate style Shiraz which is reflective of the 2022 vintage.
Drink now over the next 2 years, rest for the following 3-5 years, then enjoy for the next 10 years.
