🏆 This Melbourne Cup Day, we’re making an exception — while the restaurant is now usually closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we’ll be opening specially for this much-loved public holiday.
Settle in for a long, unhurried lunch on the deck overlooking the tranquil Tahbilk Wetlands. Raise a glass of bubbles, enjoy the spring sunshine, and indulge in a menu that celebrates the best of the season. Our chefs have created a Spring–Summer selection showcasing fresh local produce, perfectly paired with Tahbilk Estate wines.
Favourites include the House Smoked Local Trout & Spring Pea Blinis, Greek Style Lamb Brochette with Meredith Goat’s Cheese and Orzo, and the Panko & Parmesan Crumbed Pork Cutlet — each dish full of flavour and made to savour. Finish with something sweet, like our Tahbilk ‘Mess’ or a warm Spiced Apple & Custard Crumble, and let the afternoon unfold at its own pace.
To make the celebration even more special, each booking will receive a bottle of Tahbilk Sparkling Rosé to take home and enjoy later — a lovely reminder of a day well spent.
