Flavour and character are the keys that unlock the undeniable Estate character of this Shiraz. Smelling of pepper, earth and spices along with a hint of dusty/savouriness, the palate spans blackberry, plum and dark cherry fruits with fine tannins completing a most compelling release.

A very much true to Estate offering with fruit driving its appeal. Crushed dark and blue berries, earth and bay leaf inputs, mint and baking spices; all contribute to a stylish wine of persistence and charm.

Tahbilk 2024 Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre | 14.0% Alcohol | Enjoy Now to 2028/2030
Whilst presenting its own challenges, with a mad rush of ripening, vintage 2024 delivered very good to outstanding wines, deliciously reflected here
with this juicy, multilayered triple blend.
Savoury and earthy aromatics grace a flavoursome palate of dark plum and berry fruits with liquorice and spice notes.

Tahbilk 2024 Cabernet Franc

First planted on the Estate in 1985, single varietal Cabernet Franc has been a feature of our Cellar Door exclusive range since the 1997 vintage. With maturity comes great character and this latest release overflows with that. Richly flavoured, with deep spice, violets and tobacco aromas, the palate engages with mulberry and bright berry fruits finishing a fresh grape acidity and polished tannins.
A wine of delicious appeal now with BBQ meat or vegetarian dishes. Short to medium term cellaring also an option … willpower allowing!

Tahbilk 2025 Tempranillo
13.5% Alcohol | Enjoy Now to 2030/2032
Making a welcome return to the Tahbilk Cellar Door range our just on 3 acres of Estate Tempranillo have delivered a medium-bodied release of immediate appeal.
Aromas of tomato leaf, fennel and subtle earthy spices give a welcoming introduction to a similarly flavoured palate where they are joined by youthful and bright ripe cherry and savoury red berry fruits.
You would be hard-pressed to find a more likeable and easier to enjoy red.

Recognising the Purbrick family’s generational connection with Tahbilk, our winemakers craft two distinctive five varietal releases, this Red blend, and its partner White.
A blend as complex and interesting as the five Purbrick family generations that were its inspiration, deep plum and dark and red berry fruits are teased out with a savouriness and spice to deliver an overall package that will reward current enjoyment and short-term cellaring.
