A Sparkling First
Made entirely from Estate Mourvèdre, this wine is as striking as it is delicious. Expect vivacious energy and texture—bright cranberry and red berries wrapped around a stylish core of sour cherry, with whispers of dried herbs lending a savoury edge. The finish is mouth-watering, crisp, and dry, calling for another glass. Best enjoyed now through 2027–2029, this sparkling is made for good times in great company.
Why Sparkling Rosé?
The story of sparkling rosé stretches back centuries, with French producers embracing the playful combination of bubbles and pink hues as early as the 18th century. Once considered a curiosity, it has grown into a global favourite—lighter and fresher than many sparkling whites, yet with more depth and character thanks to the red grape base.
