This February we are recognising the significance of France's Bordeaux region ... as if it needed recognising! ... with a trio of Family Series releases.
Perhaps not having the cachet of its Red blends, France’s Bordeaux region quietly produces some of the world’s most coveted White blends.
With this inaugural ‘Family Series’ Collage White we celebrate them with our own Tahbilk take.
Bright, juicy and fruit-driven ... a totally refreshing and appealing release that will get many a Wine Club Member's pulse racing!
Look also for its sibling 'Family Series' 2021 Collage Red blend sibling and, of course being it is a recognition of Bordeaux, a single varietal 2024 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon.

Celebrating those varietals whose origins are in Spain and the broader Iberian Peninsula, here we present a local homage to Spain’s noble grape varietal ... Tempranillo.
Vibrant savoury and sweet cherry aromas follow to a medium-bodied spice and red berry fruits palate ... crafted for straightforward and delicious enjoyment!

Celebrating those varietals whose origins are in Spain and the broader Iberian Peninsula, this spicy and evocative Spanish Garnacha (aka Grenache) is all about balance, charm and approachability … Olé!

For this ‘Ambassador’ Spanish Series release we embrace the broader Iberian Peninsula and cross the border into Portugal as we chase the sheer drinkability of Verdelho whose origins lie there.
The intense fruit characters and totally refreshing personality of this first up 2026 vintage release will keep summer with you through the cooler months to come ...
