Tahbilk 2025 Marsanne
"Said it before, and will say it again. Up there with the best value white wines in the world.
Very pale signature green highlights. Just ripe honeydew and honeysuckle, hints of sweet jasmine florals. Lemon zest freshness, slivered almond savoury and a touch of green apple crispness. Lively and fresh.
The honeysuckle florals echo over a bittersweet citrus with a spine of drying stoniness and piercing acid line.
Drink now to 2035. Bargain."

Tahbilk 2015 'Centennial' Marsanne
"This is under the 100 Year Anniversary Centennial range of wines celebrating 100 years of Purbrick custodianship of Tahbilk.
Marsanne is Tahbilk and Tahbilk is Marsanne, and so it is perfect timing to taste a 10-year-old Marsanne showing the innate beauty of the grape with age.
Amazingly youthful in colour and a perfume bright in honeysuckle florals, lemon citrus, pear and apricot.
Clean and crisp with a developing texture enhanced by toasty notes and gentle spice. It's going to be a long liver."

Tahbilk 2017 'Centennial' Riesling
"Part of the Centennial releases celebrating the 100 Year Anniversary of the Purbrick custodianship of the Tahbilk vineyard. While their Marsanne is deservedly celebrated, the Riesling can also be exceptional.
Very pale youthful hue. Delicate aromas, only a hint of maturity. Lime, musk, sweet brown spice, a touch of melon rind richness and summer white florals. Time in bottle has allowed the richness to develop on the palate, but not forsaking the youthful vigour still apparent.
Building lime with floral echoes and a juicy tail. In a fine drinking window now and in the next 2 years."

Tahbilk 2024 Chardonnay
"Tahbilk may not be well known for Chardonnay, but if you’re looking for riper varietal value, take a peek here.
Pale lemon to straw in colour. Nougat and mocha cream, peanut oil, lemon tart, peachy stone fruit, ‘French’ toast and white lilies. In the chunky end of town, with robust stone fruit and oak spice underpinning honeyed nougat.
Don’t be afraid to keep this a little cool and have the acids drive the tail. Match with roast pork and vegies."

Dalfarras 2024 Pinot Grigio
"Top price for one tasty Grigio that leaves it all in the glass: flavour, easy drinkability and texture with just a hint of the savoury.
Upfront juicy pear, apple, quince, spice and preserved ginger come together across a creamy, mouth-filling palate. Neatly balanced, long in flavour."
