Our Courtyard Paella & Wine event returns, bringing the vibrant flavours of Spain to Tahbilk. Enjoy authentic paella cooked live over the fire by Longhouse Paella, carefully matched Tahbilk wines, and live music from Claire & Co creating the perfect soundtrack to a leisurely Sunday afternoon.

Watch the paella come together as the pans fill with fragrant saffron rice, fresh seafood and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Once ready, enjoy generous buffet-style servings, with seconds encouraged - because good paella is meant to be shared.

Our pop-up Cellar Door wine bar will be pouring a selection of Tahbilk wines by the glass, chosen to complement the flavours of the afternoon. From fresh and vibrant whites to lighter, food-friendly reds, there will be something to suit every plate and palate.

Live music, live cooking, great wine and plenty of paella — the perfect way to spend a Sunday at Tahbilk.

Wet weather won’t dampen the afternoon, with covered options available if required.
