Tahbilk Estate Restaurant invites you to make the most of your weekdays with a limited-time offer designed especially for Seniors. From Monday to Friday, show your Seniors Card and enjoy a complimentary dessert with any main meal purchased. Each sweet treat is crafted by our new Head Chef, Tracey Young, whose expertise in baking shines through in her spring-inspired creations.

The Landmark Series is a celebration of the places that define Tahbilk. Beginning with our hand-dug Underground Cellars of the 1860s, this new collection brings heritage to life through limited-release wines, the 2022 Syrah and the 2023 Estate Syrah Mourvèdre.
