Tahbilk’s historic Cellar Door is entering a new chapter with a refreshed retail space, now open to explore. Originally built as a working winery, later transformed into a Cellar Door in 1969, the building carries the legacy of figures like François De Coueslant, winemaker, manager, and the namesake of our Coueslant Sparkling range. This new space continues that story, offering visitors a place to discover wines, gifts, and the enduring spirit of Tahbilk.

Tahbilk’s 2025 white wine releases are here, showcasing both heritage and innovation. Winemaker Jo Nash, renowned for her passion for whites, and Cellar Door Manager Holly Cusworth tasted through the line-up, sharing insights into what makes each wine shine.

The Landmark Series is a celebration of the places that define Tahbilk. Beginning with our hand-dug Underground Cellars of the 1860s, this new collection brings heritage to life through limited-release wines, the 2022 Syrah and the 2023 Estate Syrah Mourvèdre.

Spring at Tahbilk Estate Restaurant brings a fresh new menu crafted by our recently appointed Head Chef, Tracey Young. Set against the backdrop of the wetlands and best enjoyed from the deck as the days grow warmer, Tracey’s menu is a celebration of the season. Showcasing local produce and Estate-grown flavours.
