Afterwards, relax with a two-course lunch on the deck of the Estate Restaurant, complete with a glass of Tahbilk wine.

Tahbilk’s historic Cellar Door is entering a new chapter with a refreshed retail space, set to open by the end of September. Originally built as a working winery, later transformed into a Cellar Door in 1969, the building carries the legacy of figures like François De Coueslant, winemaker, manager, and the namesake of our Coueslant Sparkling range. This new space continues that story, offering visitors a place to discover wines, gifts, and the enduring spirit of Tahbilk.
