About this winei

A little background on Tahbilk 'Gold Selection' ...
Drawing on premium Goulburn Valley vineyard sites, with fruit from a vintage widely considered to have delivered good to outstanding reds, ‘Gold Selection’ as the moniker for this 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon, along with its sibling Shiraz and Cabernet Shiraz cousin, is most appropriate
Traditional Tahbilk red wine making techniques are employed in the crafting of this wine, with fermentation in open oak vats that were first used over 150 years ago, prior to maturation in French and American oak before bottling.
