Light fruits and yeasty tones, complimented by a hint of fresh berries and cream on the nose with the palate refreshing and vibrant ... crisp and well-balanced with flavours and aromas of peaches, citrus and melon.

About this winei

An independent, family owned winery established in 1968, McPherson Wines has steadily established itself as Australia’s least well known top twenty winery, happily enjoying their under the radar reputation as a quality, efficient and innovative winemaker for those in the know.

McPherson wines are made to be easy-drinking, fruit driven styles with generous mouth-filling flavours. For almost 40 years the McPherson family have been committed to producing high quality wines at an affordable price.
 
This Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes for this refreshing sparkling were picked and crushed during the cool of night to retain their fresh, varietal flavours.
The juice was then divided into select parcels, with each undergoing a different treatment such as malolactic fermentation or spending an extended period on yeast lees. Each treatmentmresulted in an individually flavoured parcel of wine, and the unique character and personality of the final blend is a result of the special handling of these separate parcels.
