A little background on Tahbilk 'Gold Selection' ...Instantly recognised as being the pinnacle of achievement it was a natural choice that when looking to bring together some of the best Cabernet Sauvignon from our Estate, and then weave through selected parcels from premium Victorian vineyard sites, that these wines would become our ‘Gold Selection’.Traditional Tahbilk red wine making techniques are employed in the crafting of this wine, with fermentation in open oak vats that were first used over 150 years ago, prior to maturation in French and American oak before bottling.
