The pairing of Shiraz with Cabernet Sauvignon is like the robust meets the urbane. Chips Rafferty meets Maurice Chevalier, a favourite warm and comfortable jumper meets a Yves Saint Laurent suit ...
This Estate blend of 53% Shiraz and 47% Cabernet Sauvignon fits that mould, delivering a wine of great character and easy appeal with fresh and lifted plum, spice and earthy characters woven through black olive, mint and dark berry fruits.Delicious drinking now with meaty stews and char-grilled steaks, or hide it in the cellar to see additional complexity develop.
