Not hard to understand why this is a perennial favourite with those who enjoy life on the sparkling side, bringing with it as it does a diverse array of subtle peach, melon, red berry and savoury notes; wrapped in a cloak of crisp minerality and yeasty/biscuity characters from its secondary fermentation.

This elegant 100% Chardonnay sparkling ... hence the French term blanc de blanc meaning white from whites ... presents a vibrant nose and palate of juicy stone fruits, with hints of lemon zest and strawberries on a decidedly refreshing, tangy finish.
