The Wetlands View Restaurant is a beautiful place to visit and prides itself on being able to create a simple, flavourful menu from local producers - matched beautifully to our wines. We get asked a lot of questions about visiting the restaurant, here are some of the answers to those questions you are thinking about before you visit.
Are kids welcome in the restaurant?
Kids are certainly most welcome.
Keep in mind the restaurant does not have a playground area for kids; there is a lot of outdoor roaming which requires adult supervision.
The menu is quite small for little ones as well. So please make sure you look at the current menu options before you arrive, unless of course you have a child with a more adventurous palate.
Highchairs are available, please let us know that you need one before you get here.
We would love to know if you are bringing a pram so we can pop you somewhere with enough space.
There is a baby change room facility in the restaurant.
Are dogs welcome in the restaurant?
All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Only assistance dogs are allowed onto the restaurant deck and in the indoor eating area. All other companion dogs can be tethered in a dedicated area on the northern side of the deck within view of their owners while they are eating at the restaurant.
Likewise, only assistance dogs are allowed into cellar door and the tasting deck.

Can I bring my own celebration cake?
We love a celebration.
You can order your special occasion cake directly from the restaurant before your visit or you can bring your own.

Please note when you bring your cake a $2.50 surcharge is applied per person.
Can I bring my own drinks?
We have plenty of drink selections. Please no BYO drinks in the restaurant.
Can I bring my party bus, hens or bucks group?
We welcome groups to use the restaurant and hope those who choose to do so consider and respect the enjoyment of all of our guests. If you would like to be a bit more loud and boisterous please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Does the restaurant accommodate dietary requests?
Yes we do.
Please let us know if you have special dietary requirements so that we can have a yummy meal ready for you on your arrival.
If you forget our team can create something for you in most instances on the day.
Does the menu change regularly?
Menus are offered on a seasonal basis and so are subject to both item and price change.
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is casual; clothing must be neat, clean and in good repair. Footware is required - for further detail please call us.
