Vintage 2015 delivered bright and intense Estate Reds, no better reflected than in this celebratory Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from vines averaging 60 years in age.
Richly flavoured and concentrated, pronounced mint, cassis and dark plum fruits are peppered with cigar box and sweet spice notes.

In 1925 Reginald Purbrick purchased Chateau Tahbilk ... one hundred years and five generations later the Tahbilk legacy continues.
For this centennial celebration offering, 2013 vintage Estate Shiraz from vines averaging 32 years in age was fortified with a brandy spirit and then aged in seasoned oak barrels to produce an elegant and perfumed release.
Nutty, spicy aromas of dark berries and violets and a palate with harmonious flavours of chocolate, coffee and walnut finish with a luscious lingering dried fruit sweetness.
A complex and multi-dimensional after-dinner-sipper that will reward time spent in enjoyable contemplation.

Dried plum, burnt sage bush and milled sawdust, alongside supple and juicy red fruit, lovely white pepper, clove and nutmeg spice lingering on.

Character and complexity define this bottle-aged Museum Cabernet Sauvignon.
Forest floor and freshly picked mushroom aromas sit alongside dried blueberries, figs, goji berries and subtle charred oak.
There is a youthfulness on the palate still shining through, lifted by tart blueberry and cranberry juice and more of the dried secondary notes joined by savoury black truffle and charred oak.

Notwithstanding the most challenging of years, including a 1 in 100-year flood event, releases from 2023 shine with wonderful depth of flavour and character.
Fully realised here with this immediately appealing savoury, fleshy and multi-layered blend, offering dark berry and plum fruits, some spicy, gamey notes and finely textured tannins.

Teamed with Shiraz and Mourvèdre in our popular GSM blend, and equally in the highly regarded Grenache Mourvèdre Rose, here we allow our Estate Grenache to stand alone and shine in its own right.
