‘Join a Friend’ - It’s as simple as ABC

I am perplexed by the lack of people using our ‘Join A Friend’ rewards program. Sign up your friends and you get a 10% wine credit to the value of any purchases they may make, every time they do!
To best explain the benefits of the ‘Join A Friend’ I have concocted my own story, bear with me!
Jack is a football fanatic, he just loves it. He loves it so much he is coaching the local junior league and is on the local footy committee. Susan, the ever so reliable wife of Jack, always gets lumped into Jack’s fundraising activities for the club.
This year Jack is in charge of organising the Annual Ball and Susan has been put to work organising wine for the event. Susan has a tight budget and calls around to a lot of wineries, but they are just that bit too expensive.
Susan is perplexed. This is their major event for the year, she needs wine quick smart and at a low cost! Susan expresses her dilemma to Jack.
Jack is talking to Peter at the footy about Susan’s problem. Peter mentions that he is part of the Tahbilk Wine Club - he loves it. So much so, he’s signed up 10 people, linked to his Wine Club Member Number, and
Jack says ‘Wow’ $200 of free wine, but how?
Peter explained that his 10 friends together have spent $2,000 during the year, and he has gained a 10% Wine Credit on the total of their purchases.
Peter suggests Jack should try doing this for the Football Club.
If Jack can get the entire footy club to sign up to one membership under the presidents name, every time they purchase the Club will get a wine credit. Then at any stage during the year the Club can use those credits to buy wine for functions.
‘Solves the financial dilemma you might say’ says Peter.
Jack gets onto this quick smart.
In a year, 50 members across the Junior and Senior Clubs have joined the Tahbilk Wine Club and had their membership linked to the Football Club Member Number.
All purchased my “Light Delight Dozen” at $145, giving the Football Club a $725 Wine Credit to cover the wine needs for the Annual Ball!
Too easy - like A B C
Join up your friends and your family (especially your kids) to see the rewards you receive as a Wine Club member. Just remember that to stay in the club you and your club have to purchase one dozen annually – pretty simple stuff.

- You will be advised of your Wine Club Credits in each Tahbilk Wine Club Newsletter and can check on-line under your details or contact us at the Winery - 1300 TAHBILK (1300 824 245)
- Your Wine Credit will be to the value of 10% of the accumulated value of all 'Join a Friend' linked purchases updated on an ongoing basis.
- Your Wine Credit can be used for a single order or in increments across a number of orders.
- Your Wine Credit can be used each year or allowed to accumulate over a number of years.
- Your 'Join A Friend' Wine Credits are non-transferable and in the event of your Wine Club Membership being inactive for a period of more than 12 months, any and all accrued Wine Credits will no longer be valid.
